Frequently asked questions

Where is my data stored?
All of your data — shows, sales, buys, trades, tags, and totals — is stored locally on your device. ShowLedger works fully offline and does not transmit your data to any server. See our Privacy Policy for details.
How do I back up or move my data to a new device?
Use the in-app Export to save a full backup file (session, dashboard, and show archive). On your new device, use Import and ShowLedger will automatically detect and restore the backup.
Do I need an account or internet connection?
No. ShowLedger requires no account and no sign-in, and it runs entirely offline — so it works at any venue regardless of signal.
How does the Buy Sheet offer calculator work?
Add cards with their comp value and set an offer percentage — globally or per card. ShowLedger calculates your offer automatically, and you can convert the whole sheet to Buy entries with one tap.
